Dear Zachary, Thank you so much for your loyal support for TRM, it's mission and goals, and to me while I was President!

Thank you too, for the beautiful way you serve TRM & your community through your generous gift of making banquets come alive with the wonderful food you prepare!! I know how much of a financial sacrifice and gift you gave to make the Community Recognition Banquet a success and want you to know how much I appreciate all you did to make it a memorable evening for our supporters and for me! Tacoma-PIerce County Baseball Softball Oldtimers Banquet

In the immortal words of of Seattle Mariner's Hall of Fame broadcaster, Dave Niehaus, "Get out the rye bread and mustard grandma, cuz it's Grand Salami time!" And that couldn't be more true as Francesca, Zach and the whole crew from Papa Eddie's Catering hit one WAY OUT THE PARK for the annual Tacoma-PIerce County Baseball-Softball Oldtimers Banquet held at the Afifi Masonic Center.

In a nutshell (peanuts that is) they were fantastic and we couldn't be more please with the efforts. This was our first time at this location and Francesca did a superb job in coordinating the use of the faciity and catering for us. It was a yeoman effort by a young lady who has the patience of job putting up with a committee which is 90% males and really have no business making decisions. Truth be known we couldn't but Francesca handled it like a real pro..and she was sweet as apple pie the entire time.

We met and spent 30 minutes coming up with a seating diagram that we thought would work. Four days later I showed up and we reviewed it and made a few changes. The next day our seating committee arrived and made changes. The next day he went make and made more changes. Then on Friday the raffle committee stopped by to make even more changes. By Saturday night Francesca called to review everything and so, guess what--we made some more changes. She was still smiling when we arrived on Sunday with everything in place and ready to rock. Mics, laptop, screen, podiuim, tables for the raffle, programs, awards, dessert and memorabilia were in place like nothing had ever happen.

And the food was beyond our expectations. We received nothing but compliments about the generous portions and excellent taste and that was music (Take Me Out To The Ballgame is our theme song of course) to our ears.

Francesca and the Papa Eddie's Catering crew made the transition seamless and she was an absolute delight to work with and deserving of a "Standing O".

We've already booked next year's banquet and highly recommend you do so too! You will be charmed by Franceca and relish the experience. We sure were!!! Thanks to all.
